Withfield Courts is a new residential gated community located just outside Belize City. In considering your wider needs, Withfield Courts has placed in motion a development plan that includes amenities such as a multi-purpose ball court, a recreational area which includes a gazebo and a launch for private boats. Future phases are expected to include a park and other amenities. At this time, however, we have sought to put our clients’ primary needs first – designing and building homes. We will work with the team at Anthony Thurton and Associates, the lead architectural and engineering firm in Belize, to design and manage the construction of your home.

Your home will be built on property that has been surveyed, filled, outfitted with plumbing lines and underground power as well as concrete surfaced roads. Your home will be accessed through the secure electronic card-operated main entrance gates and closed-circuit monitoring cameras will provide 24/7 surveillance of your neighborhood by on-site and off-site security personnel. In addition, if you prefer to have professionals take care of the regular upkeep of your home and property, the team at TerraMark Properties Ltd. will be happy to provide this service so that your home remains functional whether you are there or away.
